Higher error correction lets a code survive scratches and logos, but makes it denser. Adding a logo switches it to High.

Scan a code

Point your camera at a QR code, or drop in a photo or screenshot. Nothing leaves your device.

You can also paste a screenshot here with Ctrl+V or ⌘V.

Drop an image here

Never expires

Your code holds the link itself. No redirect service, no monthly fee, nothing to break later.

Checked before you print

Every design is test-scanned as you edit, so you know it works before it goes on 500 flyers.

Private by design

Codes are made right in your browser. We never see what you type or the logo you add.

Print-ready

PNG up to 4096 px, plus SVG vectors that stay sharp on a billboard.

Questions

Is QRiffic really free?

Yes. Making, designing, downloading and scanning codes on this website is free, with no account and no watermark.

Will my QR code stop working?

No. QRiffic codes are "static": the link or text is stored in the code itself, so it works forever and doesn't depend on our website.

Can I change where the code points after I print it?

Not with a static code. If you think the link might change, point the code at a page you control and update that page instead.

Why does my code say it might not scan?

Usually the colors are too close together, or the code is light on a dark background. Make the dots darker than the background, or turn up error correction under Advanced.

Do you store my data?

No. Everything happens in your browser. See the privacy policy.

What size should I print it?

At least 2 cm (about 0.8 in) wide for something held in a hand, and about one tenth of the scanning distance for signs. A code read from 3 m away should be about 30 cm wide.
